· Take ownership of day-to-day ecommerce and drive continuous improvement.
· Work in a high-growth retail brand with national momentum.
· Step into a role where detail, pace and pride in execution truly matter.
Briscoe Search do not normally tackle roles like this, but we could not resist given the genuinely energetic, youthful culture of this company and the phenomenal career opportunity to progress for the right candidate. This is a role for someone who knows how to run an online store — not just market it. Our client is a standout Australian retailer with an impressive online presence, growing fast and building a brand customers love. They know that great ecommerce isn't just campaigns and creative — it's tight systems, accurate stock, and a site that runs like clockwork.
As Ecommerce Advisor, your job is to keep the engine humming. You'll manage product updates, promotions, merchandising and day-to-day platform operations — making sure everything from imagery to inventory is spot-on. You'll handle campaign setup, optimise product content, and make smart fixes before they become issues.
You'll work hands-on with platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo and key integrations, so fluency here is important. We're looking for someone who's already had 2–6 years in ecommerce — ideally in a retail or DTC setting — and knows what it takes to deliver a polished, high-converting site.
Key focus areas of this exciting and fast-moving role will include: -
- Updating and merchandising product listings across the store
- Managing Shopify back-end and integrations
- Setting up on-site campaigns, collections, banners and discounts
- Optimising content for search, conversion and consistency
- Monitoring site health and solving day-to-day issues fast
- Working alongside digital and creative teams to execute launches
- Reporting weekly on performance and identifying wins or gaps
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Are comfortable managing ecommerce platforms end-to-end
- Have experience with Shopify and email tools like Klaviyo
- Understand how product, UX, and content work together
- Care about accuracy, consistency and site performance
- Work fast, communicate clearly, and take pride in clean execution
- You have full working rights in Australia, as a permanent resident or citizen.
This is a hands-on, fast-moving role in a company that values initiative. If you've been looking to step up, take real ownership, and help shape the growth of a modern retail brand — this is your shot.
If you're looking for a role where you can take ownership of ecommerce operations and grow with the brand, this is it. Enquiries to Lisa at , or apply ASAP, as applications close Wednesday 12th November at 10am.
