**The Role**

Department Managers support the Store Manager and enable their team to create great experiences for our customer and drive business outcomes for their Brand Department.
- Embed customer excellence whilst growing Department results through clear planning and direction
- Support the Store Manager and coach your team to work together within your department and the store
- Bring your commercial eye to the department, spot trade opportunities, and find solutions to improve the customer experience and department results
- Work with your Store Manager to effectively manage hours and resources for your department to deliver operational efficiencies and great customer experience
- Advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation, leading the team on how they can make life changing impact on our projects around the world
