**About The Role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team in Western Australia, reporting to or GM of Operations. This position requires leadership and operational management of several of our villages in the Civeo CIS business unit. Working Monday - Friday, this role is about inspiring and developing your village teams to deliver safe, consistent, profitable, world class hospitality service. You will be responsible for overseeing all account management, managing client expectations and ensuring the contract is delivered within scope and ensuring a profitable P&L each month.

Whilst this is a Perth based role, we are open to supporting relocation from other Australian locations.

**About You**

As an experienced Operations Manager, you know how to effectively problem-solve and handle multiple competing priorities across a village, and your management skills are highly developed from years of industry experience. You will be an excellent communicator who can speak with ease to a diverse group of clients, visitors and guests to deliver high quality outcomes for all stakeholders.

You will have experience in managing multi-site profit and loss from a high level and are familiar with navigating the scope of a service contract. In addition, you're well-versed in managing client expectations and managing your onsite teams.

You can delegate effectively, lead by example and drive performance to achieve outcomes for our clients.

**Essential Role Requirements**
- Class C, Manual Driver’s License
- Willingness to travel to sites weekly
- Police Clearance less than 6 months old
- Experience in either a Village/ Facility Management / Multi Site operation at leadership level
- Strong knowledge of contract management including building strong client relationships
- Able to manage multiple clients and competing deadlines
- Track record in successfully leading, coaching, mentoring and developing high performing teams across multiple departments
- Experience in delivering clearly defined KPIs
- Strong communication skills with all levels of the business
- Experience in ISO, HACCP and other industry quality standardsStrong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
