**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on **Trade Assistant** to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in a fast-paced, growth-driven company. You’ll be working alongside skilled professionals in a supportive environment where full training is provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the assembly and fabrication of refrigerated trucks.
- Use hand and power tools to support various fabrication and assembly tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure all tasks are performed in a safe and efficient manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals and deadlines.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience with hand and power tools is essential.
- Previous experience in welding (fabrication) is desirable, but not required.
- Assembly experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work safely and effectively, adhering to workplace health and safety standards.
- Previous experience in trailer fabrication, metalwork, or fiberglass would be highly regarded.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Pay: From $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- fiberglassing: 1 year (preferred)
- Welding: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
