Accounts Officer - SRL Holdings

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to manage our financial processes and support our trade supply operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accurate and timely customer payment tracking
- Handle accounts payable processes, maintaining supplier reconciliations and payment records
- Create and submit invoices according to company practices
- Perform daily financial transactions including verifying, classifying, and recording financial data
- Reconcile accounts receivable and payable ledgers to ensure accuracy
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment follow-ups

**Required Skills**:

- Strong mathematical and data entry capabilities
- Proficiency in managing accounts
- Excellent attention to detail
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2-3 years of accounts experience
- Proven ability to manage financial records accurately
