**About the role**

We are currently recruiting for a Construction Supervisors (Non Routine Construction). This role will see you providing supervision and site management for construction projects on both internal and external third-party sites.

**A tool of trade vehicle is included, overtime rate and 30% salary uplift for night works and participation in our bonus program.**

The nature of the works may require out of hours work, travel and some living away from home will be required. Work will be located around Sydney, Canberra and Newcastle.

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Supervising and managing daily activities of nominated projects and work sites ensuring Jemena/Zinfra interests and assets are protected
- Providing supervision, mentoring and management of staff and contractors on site during the construction phase of projects
- Assisting with constructability assessments, optimisation of designs and estimation for construction projects (including materials and services)
- Providing records, daily diaries, variation notices and technical queries to the project management team
- Providing expert construction advice to colleagues, staff and third parties for both business as usual activities and emergency situations
- Assisting the project team with long term planning, scheduling of work and resources to optimise efficiency of construction delivery

**About you**
- Supervision and implementation of construction projects in Gas or related industries (Petrochemical, water)
- Utilities construction experience, laying underground utilities
- Experience dealing with construction and or maintenance of Gas networks. Steel Pipelines to AS 2885 or AS4645 would be an advantage
- Proficient in Progress Reporting methods and techniques for reporting of both Project and Quality related information

**Please note **you must possess a current Australian Driver’s Licence and White Card, as travel between sites will be required.
