Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional looking for a dynamic leadership role? We are seeking a motivated Manager of Accommodation and Mail Services to oversee the allocation and maintenance of residential accommodation and manage our District’s mail distribution with efficiency and care.

**About You**
- You bring a proven track record in managing residential accommodation portfolios, with thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act ensuring excellence in property management. Qualifications in Real Estate or Business/Commerce related fields are highly regarded though not essential.
- You thrive in dynamic environments, effectively managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines, even when faced with competing demands.
- Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills enable you to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders, including Executives, Health Professionals, Real Estate Agents, Landlords, and tradespeople. You excel in building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- You hold a current class C driver's license and are willing to travel within and beyond the District as required to fulfill the responsibilities of this role.

**Where You'll be Working**

This role is based at Gosford Hospital.

In this pivotal role, you will manage the allocation and upkeep of residential accommodations across the District, ensuring that Junior Medical Officers and other personnel are provided with fit-for-purpose housing. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including landlords and their agents, to maintain high standards across both owned and leased properties. Additionally, you will oversee the timely processing and distribution of District mail, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across all services.
