Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for healthcare administration? Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to oversee the daily operational functions of our Cancer Services Administration team. In this pivotal role, you will provide leadership and expert guidance to support the clinical services of the Cancer Services Directorate, ensuring that our administrative processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with our organisational objectives.

**About You**
- You bring extensive experience in senior administrative roles within the healthcare sector, with a strong understanding of hospital-based administrative functions and revenue opportunities.
- You have proven leadership and management skills that enabled you to effectively oversee staff and resources, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery in a health setting.
- You excel in problem-solving and quality improvement, working collaboratively in team environments to drive positive outcomes.
- Your high-level communication abilities, including interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative skills, allow you to build and maintain effective working relationships with managers, staff, and key stakeholders.

**Where You'll be Working**

You will be based at the Central Coast Cancer Centre (CCCC), a state-of-the-art facility within the Central Coast Local Health District. The CCCC is dedicated to providing comprehensive cancer care to the Central Coast community, offering a range of clinical services in a supportive and collaborative environment.
