We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic **Workshop Controller**, to join our busy dealership in **Audi Gold Coast.**

As a **Workshop Controller**, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment carrying out practical and hands on activities.

**The role entails**:

- Manage daily tasks, productivity and efficiency for a team of technicians
- Prioritise Repair Orders in the workshop to ensure on time completion
- Assist with Technical problem solving
- Suggest additional work that is needed to the Service Adviser Team so the customer can be notified
- Make certain that work repair orders are completed correctly for warranty procedures and seek clarification if necessary
- Maintain OEM workshop tools and equipment; follow safety practices; notify management if tools need replacement or new tools required
- Assist in expediting of parts orders and notify service advisor if delays are expected or if a part needs to be ordered
- Give special attention to repeat repairs, so the problem is correct this time and future comebacks are avoided
- Compliance with the procedures and policies

**What**we are looking for**:

- Relevant vehicle trade qualifications
- Previous workshop controller experience preferred not essential
- A current driver's licence
- Air-Conditioning Licence preferred not essential
- ASCIS & AUVIS Licence preferred not essential
- Ability to follow work, health and safety policies and procedures
- Demonstrate care and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and have a positive can-do attitude
- Can work well within large teams and follow processes and instructions
