As a Field Service Technician, you’ll join a dynamic Queensland team, traveling to mining sites, water stations, and other industrial locations to perform both scheduled and reactive maintenance. In this hands-on role, you’ll diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, perform vibrational analysis, and fine-tune large-scale equipment such as draglines and shovels. With FLANDERS, you’ll be at the forefront of advanced technology and problem-solving in the field, helping to keep critical machinery running smoothly while growing your technical expertise.

For those seeking **FIFO work**, FLANDERS provides flexible options, with opportunities to **rotate between home and site** for extended fieldwork.

**Essential Criteria**
- Certificate III Engineering (Mechanical Trade)
- Qualified Fitter and Turner or Diesel Fitter
- Field Service Experience, ideally within mining or heavy DC machinery
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ability to work as a team or autonomously
- Motivated, driven by excellence and innovation
- Experience in a range of tools including precision measuring instruments, lathes, milling machines, ect.

**Desirable**
- MR license or HR license
- Standard 11 mining induction
- Experience with coal mines
- Overhead crane ticket
- Working at heights certificate and associated HRWL
