**About the role**:

- We are seeking a commercially focused HR Business Partner to drive the HR Strategy and Vision.
- In this role you will support both the operational needs for client groups, with the opportunity to strategically partner with your business leaders, whilst delivering on key projects.
- You will be part of a team where you have the opportunity to support people initiatives that have an impact on driving a “high performance culture”, where attracting talent and developing capability is critical.
- Working in a dynamic environment, you will be joining a team where a hands-on collaborative approach to assist with operational requirements is essential in ensuring critical strategic initiatives are achieved.
- You will be a business and customer focused HR professional with experience in partnering with leaders across the business in a commercial environment.
- You will need to have a demonstrated ability to proactively manage a portfolio with a problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset with 5+ years of experience in a HR business partnering role.
- Experience with facilitating learning for leaders and teams is highly regarded, together with proven experience with driving positive outcomes in talent management and diversity and inclusion.

**Does this sound like you?**
- University qualifications in HR or business or similar, or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated Human Resource experience in a commercial, multinational/global company is necessary.
- Business Acumen; ability to demonstrate knowledge of the business/function and how the company defines and measures value. Able to adopt a global mindset in the design and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Operational & quality excellence; ability to implement and facilitate meaningful HR initiatives that provide measurable value to the business while sustaining quality. Provide guidance and solutions to facilitate continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Lead and effect change through influence: demonstrate the ability to gain commitment across multiple groups to overcome barriers that could impede results. Able to instil confidence in the organisations ability to work through challenges.
- Communication; strong communicator, both written and verbally with excellent English language skills.
- Execution; able to demonstrate accountability and ownership.
- Adaptability: able to respond resourcefully, flexibly, positively and constructively when faced with new challenges and/or change.
- Innovation; ability to generate new ideas and approaches to support meaningful innovation, using past knowledge and best practice.
- Integrity: always acts with integrity and leads by example.
