Looking for a rewarding opportunity in aged care? Want to grow or transfer your skills and make a real difference in your local community that you love?
We are currently seeking an experienced admin person to join our team for a fixed term of up to 12 months. Your main tasks will be data entry and typing quotes.
Working from our office in Prestons, you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of both our clients and staff. Your role will assist with the efficient delivery of administrative functions for home care services.
It may be hearing the smile in your voice as you answer a phone call, your quick and reliable response to any request, or helping a client with a simple need. You’ll be dedicated to your administration tasks, and in all that you do, you will add to the loving care that empowers our clients to live well.
Office hours are from Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3.30pm or 8.00am to 4:00pm.
**What do we need from you?**
- Excellent data entry skills with accurate typing
- Be an excellent communicator with great standards of customer service
- Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines
- Work with mínimal supervision and as part of a team
- Be competent with computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
