Collections/customer Service Team Leader

An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced Collections/Debt Agreements Team Leader to work for this leading Finance organisation based on the Gold Coast.
**The role involves but is not limited to**:
Acting as an escalation point for the team
Preparation and distribution of staff rosters
Reviewing operational performance - collections, activity & query resolution
Team building - train, coach and motivate
Reviewing and implementing processes for operational efficiency
Facilitate regular communication through the business unit.
Provide hands on leadership
Liaise with external collection agencies
Proven Team Leading experience in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Highly developed leadership skills
An ability to build effective client relationship management
Knowledge of Collection/Customer Service Call Skills
Demonstrated commitment to continual customer service improvement
Provide ongoing support for internal and external customer enquires
Investigate issues from frontline customer contact
Building the overall team culture with encouragement
You will be a passionate team leader that leads by example.
