**What’s the role?**
- This role is a full-time, permanent position based in Parramatta with the expectation of travelling to different branches. _

As a Business Solutions Banker you will be interacting with small to medium-sized business customers, understand their business goals and needs and offer a suitable Merchant Solution or Business Account to help their business grow. Channels of Support include Inbound, Outbound and Digital. All Businesses need to take payments. The opportunity will help you become a strong sales-based banker. Also maintain lasting partnerships with retail partners and internal Westpac teams with the aim of creating strong relationships with new business customers by acting as trusted advisors

**What do I need?**
- 3-5 years in a customer centric company or role
- Preferred experience in transaction banking & payments sales
- Understanding of the needs and opportunities for our small to medium businesses customers, including challenges, trends and the competitive and regulatory environment

Experience as a Customer Care Consumer Banker or retail Personal
