We are looking for an outcome focused Procurement Coordinator who will work closely with our Sales and Project teams across the country. You will be involved in liaising with vendors, managing and providing material ETAs as well as finding alternative product selections. You will keep ETA data up to date in the ERP system. You will maintain vendor price lists in the ERP system and perform ERP catalogue management tasks. Your specific responsibilities will include:

- Ensure that ETAs are provided by vendors for all orders/items and record dates in our ERP system.
- Seek alternative recommendations from and build relationships with vendors to fulfil project deadlines.
- Effectively communicate with Project Management team(s) for coordination of deliverables and drive project outcomes.
- Raise purchase orders where required in support of the Procurement Officers.
- Support Sales team with anticipated ETAs for orders and communicate with customers.
- Support Procurement team with stock and consumable control/management and general tasks, including annual stock take.
- Ensure all vendor price lists are up to date and uploaded.
- Ensure all vendor price increases, special offers and end of life products are communicated to staff nationally and are updated on the Intranet via news feeds.
