The Opportunity
At CPP, we pride ourselves on being a forward-thinking business, offering exceptional end-to-end services across design, construction, commissioning, and maintenance. Our Asset Management Services (AMS) department specialises in high-voltage solutions, managing repairs and upgrades on critical equipment such as switchgear, transformers, cables, and protection relays, for some of the largest renewable energy assets in the country.
As a Leading Hand on our AMS team, you will perform electrical maintenance on industry-leading projects across regional NSW, as well as have leadership accountability for a team of trade-qualified electrical workers and trade assistants. You will be rewarded with excellent working conditions under our enterprise agreement and have the opportunity to work on high-voltage substation projects that are contributing to Australia's renewable energy future.
As this is a new team, you will be a part of the selection process of our maintenance team. You will play an important part in fostering a positive team culture and work collaboratively to deliver maintenance projects safely, on time and within budget.
**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:
NSW Electrical License
Sound knowledge of HV equipment
Previous experience leading a team
Previous experience in the utility or industrial industry
Although not essential, experience in substations, HV construction and testing will be highly regarded
