**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial and Business Development to join our dynamic growing team.

You will be responsible for leading the collection and validation of commercial assumptions and interpreting approved complex pricing models for tender submissions, by collaborating with the PHI’s US based corporate head-office and internal stakeholders to achieve financial excellence through pricing models and effective contract management.

Reporting to the VP, Commercial and Business Development - APAC you will play a pivotal role in the success of the commercial and business development initiatives across APAC region.

**Responsibilities of the role include**:

- Lead the collection and validation of commercial assumptions to develop complex pricing models for executive approval prior to customer submission.
- Interpret approved pricing models into customer presentable formats for final submission.
- Work collaboratively with PHI’s U.S. based corporate head-office in the development, review and approval of pricing for commercial bids and proposals.
- Participate actively in the end-to-end contract tendering life cycle, including formulation of RFI, RFQ, ITT and subsequent clarification responses.
- Provide administrative support to the VP, Commercial and Business Development in the capture, delivery, and management of PHI customer contract activities.
- Collect accurate data to create and present relevant, timely and functional internal and external presentations and reports.
- Analyse financial and commercial data, including supply agreements, customer contracts, tenders, and financial results to prepare reports, presentations and commercial documentation.

**To be considered for this role, you will need**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred in commerce, business management, administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial analysis or related discipline.
- Excellent understanding of business operations and contract tendering principles.
- Demonstrable experience in contract management and administration.
- Experience with executive-level internal and external stakeholder communication, engagement and interaction.
- Operational experience in the helicopter, offshore oil and gas, or aviation industry is preferred.

**About you**:

- Possesses analytical and commercial mindset, with excellent numeracy, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Superior command of Microsoft Excel with advanced knowledge of formulas, data modelling, pivot tables and complex data analysis.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to create executive-level reports, presentations, and well-structured documentation.
- Proven capability in interpreting management and financial accounts, with a strong understanding of company financial metrics (EBITDA, Operating Margin, Free Cash Flow etc.).
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to build and maintain productive relationships at all levels within the organisation.
- Willingness to work flexibly across time zones.
