**About the role**

We are on the hunt for a superstar receptionist - could this be you?

As the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you are the owner of all things to do with the Grill'd customer experience, both on the phone and in person. You will ensure our restaurants feel supported and that every caller and every guest is made to feel welcome and have a positive experience every time.
- Answering phones, directing calls and taking messages in a friendly, helpful and professional manner
- Meet and greet visitors by name with the knowledge of who they are and who they are meeting
- Management of Meeting room bookings and support office car park
- Assisting with the onboarding of all new Support Office staff including office fobs & alarm codes
- Organising all travel for Grill’d employees
- Ensuring the office is well maintained and fully stocked
- General admin support to others in the business, as required

**About you**

You will be a Grill’d brand advocate and love our burgers as much as we do. And will go above and beyond to provide that wow moment for all stakeholders.
- You have had experience in a customer facing / reception role
- You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Your style is engaging and a positive reflection of the brand you represent
- Your professional telephone manner is friendly and polite, and you know your regular callers by name
- You will be a natural born organiser - you’re probably the one in your friend group that books the dinners and creates the holiday itinerary
- You have excellent attention to detail. Not much is missed by you.
- Everyone considers you a real team player and the 'go-to' person for everything.
- You are a whiz in MS Office.
- You are a problem solver: you can play Tetris with meeting rooms or find a solution for that cancelled flight. Whatever it is you’ll solve it
