**About the Role**:
The Youth Services Administration Officer role is a dynamic position that supports the Youth Services team to ensure smooth delivery of services provided to young people aged 10 to 25 years and their families.

We are looking for an individual with two years minimum experience, intermediate skills in Microsoft tools, attention to detail and a self-driven individual. It is preferable the individual has a passion for working community and previous work experience within community services settings. Positive communication skills, written and verbal are highly desirable.

You will be responsible for:

- Supporting the management of the internal and external bookings of the Peterson Youth Centre.
- Minute taking of regular formal meetings.
- Content management of our Youth Services website and webforms
- Content management and distribution of our e-newsletter, social media - tiles, reels, flyers, posters, attending event to capture photos and videos.
- Support of key events.
- Supporting Youth programs and event bookings

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Completion of a post-secondary qualification in administration, secretarial studies or equivalent is desirable.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in an administration role, preferably in a Community Services environment.
- Ability to collate, analyse and present data to inform better service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple administrative tasks using effective time management skills.
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft software and other related administration tools to support service delivery.
- Current Working with Children Check Card.

**Mandatory pre-employment requirements**:

- Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check.
- Provide or obtain an employment-based Working with Children check
- Be willing to undertake a psychometric assessment.
