Sydney- Asset Management- PermanentOur client is a professional trustee and fund services firm with extensive experience across a diverse range of Australian retail and wholesale investment funds and other capital structures. They are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team in Sydney.

The role of Account Manager directly contributes to the management of their current clients, comprising an existing book of circa $4bn funds under appointment

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist and support the Senior Relationship Managers with Day to day management of a portfolio of existing clients across NSW & QLD;
- Regular client contact and liaison with other internal areas of the business;
- Project management of onboarding of new clients including liaison with external consultants and referral partners;
- Develop and maintain good relationships with our existing clients to build a good understanding of their businesses and commercial objectives;
- Preparation of prospective client proposals;
- Attending internal, existing client and prospective client meetings as required;
- Attending industry seminars, events and functions

Experience required:

- Relevant business degree in Business, Finance or Accounting;
- 3-5 years’ experience in the financial services industry in an account management / client services role;
- Previous roles in a trustee or fund services business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure positive professional relationships with clients, service providers and colleagues
- Flexible approach to work with the ability to manage a range of clients and tasks simultaneously
