Our client is a successful and innovative market leading cabinetry business conveniently located in Moorabbin that manufactures high end custom joinery for kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, studies and other bespoke luxury architectural projects.

They are seeking an Operations / Production Manager to support and lead the factory team of cabinet makers to drive efficiencies in the business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing and managing all aspects of the company’s operations
- Coordinating production schedules & managing inventory
- Ensuring quality control, and overseeing the delivery of finished products to customers
- Developing and implementing efficient processes to ensure productivity and profitability
- Providing leadership and guidance to a team of skilled cabinet makers and factory staff

Key competencies include:

- Experience leading teams in a successful cabinetry factory
- Training and certification in Cabinetry or Joinery making
- Strong organisation and administrative skills
- High level of interpersonal, communication, and leadership qualities
- Technical aptitude and knowledge of drafting programs beneficial
- Computer savvy in MS Office Suite and scheduling software
