**Sales Support - Dealer Central**

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- The Dealer Central Sales Support is a key member of the Dealer Central Team reporting to the Manager - Dealer Central ANZ. The role is responsible for accurate and timely action to customer enquiries, order entry, freight bookings and general administrative support including ad-hoc reporting.
- Team and interdepartmental collaboration are key to providing the best customer service to our Dealer network in line with the Farmer First strategy.
- The Dealer Central team is highly supportive and operates in a fast paced, dynamic environment that puts our customers first. The challenges can vary day to day so require it a flexible attitude to problem solving
- Previous experience with agricultural equipment would be beneficial but not mandatory

**What You Will Do**:

- Accurate processing of customer orders
- Updating warehouse priority tasks and daily task lists including receipting and dispatching of products
- Arrange transport for machines as required
- Other supporting tasks as required by Manager - Dealer Central ANZ

**KPI's**
- Effective cross department communication
- Accurate and timely order processing
- Ability to work through detailed processes
- Comply with all Dealer Central policies and procedures.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in sales or associated customer service role.

**A Plus If You Have**:
Moderate/reasonable problem solving skills - Requires good analytical skills as well as evaluative judgement based on the analysis of factual and qualitive information in complicated or novel situations. Multiple sources of information refer to a diverse range of internal and external sources such as procedures and practices in other areas, team, companies etc. The ability to filter, prioritize, analyze and validate potentially complex and dynamic material.
