- Coach and develop chapter members in Data Architecture.

- Set performance expectations and clarity for your team.
- Manage chapter resourcing and budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute data architecture strategies.
- Ensure high-quality data accessibility.
- Shape data solutions for efficiency and harmony.
- Lead complex data architectural solutions.
- Design standards and policies for data practices.
- Support data engineering chapters.
- Translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive value.
- Stay updated with industry trends.
- Participate actively in Agile practices.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in enterprise data platforms.
- Proficiency in data discovery and manipulation.
- Strong grasp of data quality and governance.
- Practical experience in AI, analytics, and data engineering.
- Functional understanding of data domains and outcomes.
- Knowledge of Data & AI strategy and business priorities.
- Continuous learning mindset and collaborative approach.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Proficiency in Agile methodology.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
