Data and AI Leadership Role Overview

As a Data and AI Lead, you will be responsible for setting the strategic vision and direction for our data, analytics, and AI capabilities. You will lead a team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge data solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with company goals
  • Lead the development of modern data architectures and platforms
  • Establish standards for data quality, governance, and security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and optimization using AI and machine learning
  • Build and manage a high-performing data analytics team
  • Partner with stakeholders to align analytics and AI initiatives with business needs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in data & analytics, business intelligence, and AI/ML with at least 3 years leading teams and developing roadmaps
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Azure's modern data framework
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, semantic models, and analytics tools
  • Proven experience in running agile teams to deliver complex data & analytics products
  • A passion for mentoring and coaching teams
