**The Role**

The Facilitator role is responsible for providing upskilling workshops to Workforce Australia customers to assist them re-join the workforce.

You will be working collaboratively with your team to provide facilitation to Workforce Australia customers via upskilling workshops, including but not limited to resumes, cover letters, interview preparation etc. and assisting customers with reaching job-readiness goals.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a strong team
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Understanding of the principles that underpin mental health recovery support
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and other online client reporting systems
- Current NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
