Are you an experienced Training Facilitator who thrives in a digital learning environment? We're looking for confident trainers who can deliver engaging, high quality online sessions via Zoom and support schools through a national online testing program.

What's on offer:

  • 2 month temporary assignment commencing 14th January 2025
  • Sydney CBD location — work onsite with a collaborative, professional team

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Delivering engaging and effective online training sessions to school staff
  • Implementing support strategies to prepare schools for the online testing period
  • Providing assistance and follow-up to course participants
  • Conducting course evaluations and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Ensuring all participants have the necessary materials for a high-quality learning experience

About you:

  • Proven experience delivering remote training via Zoom or similar platforms
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with an eye for detail
  • Confident using technology and digital learning tools
  • Skilled in developing and delivering clear, structured training programs
  • Previous experience in the education or government sector is highly regarded
