**Your opportunity**
We are looking for a dedicated **Services Team Leader** to join our team at **Westfield Bondi Junction.** In this role, you will help manage our Valet and Concierge services, contributing to smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.
Working closely with the Services Supervisor, you will be a key part of our customer service efforts, supporting our commitment to quality in a dynamic environment. If you are enthusiastic about providing great service and leading a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Lead by example, ensuring a customer-first approach and consistently driving NPS (Net Promoter Score) targets.
- Ensure customer service levels are maintained at the highest levels within the service areas by ensuring processes, training and standards are managed.
- Be empowered to rectify and resolve customer issues that may arise while on shift.
- Assisting customers to ensure that every moment matters.
- Provide leadership in all service areas including Customer Experience Desk, Valet, and Carpark.

- A full driver’s license is required for the valet responsibilities.
- Ideally, you have proven leadership experience in a customer service environment.

This part-time Team Leader role offers 30 hours per week across 4 days, with a rotating roster over two weeks: Wednesday to Saturday in the first week, and Thursday to Sunday in the second week, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
