Reporting to the Cyber Security and Infrastructure Manager, the **Cyber Security Operations Lead** is responsible for a small team of IT Security Specialists to ensure that all operational aspects of Information Security align with the WesTrac policies, business requirements and risk position.

This role is accountable for prioritising and delivery of support and issue resolution, as well as liaising with third-party partners to resolve issues. The Cyber Security Operations Lead will ensure that these systems are kept secure, business-relevant and enables the business to deliver value.

**Location**: South Guildford, WA

**Roster**:Monday - Friday, 8.5-hour days

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Previous experience in ICT, specialising in Information Security, Risk Management or Audit coupled with relevant formal education or certification
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team of technical resources in the support of Cyber Security
- Effective vendor engagement skills with the ability to facilitate and drive proceedings through system resolution and changes
- Ability to work within an environment of competing priorities with strict deadlines and the capacity to share knowledge within the team
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
- Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented, with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and report on multiple tasks concurrently, prioritising efforts, managing time effectively, and requiring mínimal supervision in the execution
