WesTrac has commenced an exciting new journey to expand our Cyber Security capability and we are looking for skilled team members with demonstrated experience and expertise in the ICT and Cyber Security industry.

Reporting to the Cyber Security Operations Lead, as a **Cyber Security Specialist**, you will assist to develop and implement new solutions, plus support existing services.

This is a full time, permanent role located in South Guildford, WA, with the potential for working from home days and flexible start/finish times.

**About you**:

- Technical criteria:_
- Technical knowledge and experience in enterprise security architecture.
- Assist in solution design including the preparation of the business requirements and high-level security designs.
- Experience in the implementation of Identity Access Management to support role-based access provisioning.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, network security, network management and monitoring systems.
- Essential criteria:_
- Demonstrate strong experience working in an ICT Specialist role inside complex and large-scale environments.
- Proven ability to review, recommend and deliver solutions with a security focus that meet business requirements and align with risk appetite.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical terminology.
- Proven ability to communicate with, influence, negotiate outcomes and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Deployment and run of security products and appliances.
- Desirable criteria:_
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Cyber Security, ICT or a related field.
- Professional certifications in ICT security such as CISM, CISSIP, CISA etc.
- Demonstrated knowledge of frameworks including NIST CSF, ISO27001, Essential Eight and ISM etc
