This is a great opportunity for someone that has experience working in a Financial Planning practice and wants to work part-time. Hours are flexible. Ideally 11am - 4pm, 4 days per week. There is the potential for this role to become full time in the future or part time over 5 days.

**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
This is a small but well established Financial Practice that is in growth phase. They operate out of an office attached to their home on the Gold Coast. Their client base consists of accumulators and pre and post retirees.

Joining this company is like joining a family. The resident cat likes to pay a visit to the office occasionally and the dogs like to peep their heads through to join in the fun. You will be sharing an office with the Practice Manager and Associate Advisor/Paraplanner.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Ideally you will have at least one year's experience working in administration within a Financial Planning firm.
- Training will be provided but it will be helpful if you understand the basics of superannuation, investment, risk insurance etc.
- Must be organised and punctual.
- Able to take direction but also able to be proactive and autonomous

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Practice Manager and Principal of the practice, you will be responsible for:

- Diary Management
- Client liaison
- Administration - including initially scanning and uploading of all files
- Implementation of advice and follow up
- Preparation of client paperwork
- Compliance
- Liaising with the Virtual Assistant
- Knowledge of XPlan would be highly regarded
- If you have experience writing ROA's or simple SOA's it can be incorporated into duties
