**The Role**

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Solahart team. You will be responsible for the digital execution and optimisation of our local lead generation fund (LLG), which is mainly used for sales activation. The execution of local digital marketing campaigns for our Solahart Dealers will be your key focus, where you will build strong working relationships with them to improve efficiency and effectiveness of their campaigns. This is a great opportunity for you to grow into a holistic marketing professional.

**About you**
- Marketing Degree
- 2 + years’ experience in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Social Media, DSPs, and Google Ads
- Familiarity with general organise social media principles
- Stellar reporting and number crunching skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Quick learner with a passion for technology, software and data
- Innovative mindset with a passion for bringing forth new ideas and process improvements
- High degree of personal accountability, diligence and proactivity
- Ability to give and receive direction and constructive criticism
- Creative problem solver
- Experience with A/B tests to improve results over time
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and expectations
