**Role Overview**: As a **Client Coordinator**, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, managing the communication, logistics and coordination of our flu vaccination services. Your role will include client communication, relationship building, scheduling, and ensuring seamless service delivery in partnership with our team of healthcare professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate client bookings and schedules for the 2025 Flu Programme.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service.
- Monitor programme progress and provide updates to clients.
- Handle enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in client coordination, project management, or a related field.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.
