**The Company**:
My client is currently seeking a motivated Internal Sales Coordinator to join our esteemed National Customer Service Team based in Bundamba. As a valued member of our organization, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager. This role entails building and nurturing relationships with key customers, promoting our extensive range of spare parts, offering technical guidance, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Quoting, order entry, and efficient processing of orders.
- Promptly addressing customer inquiries regarding deliveries.
- Providing expert technical advice to customers.
- Following up on outstanding quotes to drive conversion.
- Coordinating transportation, collection, and delivery of parts.
- Fostering and strengthening relationships with key customers
- Collaborating with the team to achieve company objectives.

**Key Requirements**:

- Preferred experience in the pumping industry or engineered products industry.
- Proficiency in tender/quote preparation, bid submission, and knowledge.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong work ethics and adherence to corporate requirements.
- Ability to work independently and effectively without constant supervision.
- Demonstrated experience in spare parts and parts interpretation.
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of technical components.
- Familiarity with SAP and CRM systems.

As the Internal Sales Coordinator, you will engage with technicians, customers, and suppliers on a daily basis. Effective communication skills are paramount, as is proficiency in Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as CRM software.
