Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a new Head of Professional Services to join our Award winning organisation.

The Head of Professional Services will require strong leadership skills and be able to operate with a high level of independence and lead from the front.
- Manage the activities and responsibilities of the Professional Services team.
- Coordinate daily activities of consultants, contractors and the relationships with Vendors, 3rd Parties and contingent workforce providers.
- Build and maintain ‘The Plan’ for the growth and development of the PS Department.
- Governance of project managers & project office, ensuring all projects follow agreed project methodology and that appropriate artefacts are produced and maintained.
- Oversee the improvement of all PS processes to improve efficiency and standardisation to deliver improved time to value for customers

**Requirements**:

- You will have a proven track record of leading a Professional Services Unit, ideally a similar MSP organization.
- Leadership experience in the Professional Services space, with strong team management and people management skills.
- Confidence in high level interactions with C-Suite, Executive Leadership Teams and Key Stakeholders essential
- Has a background in IT Infrastructure Management and is an engineer at heart with familiarity with the range of technologies blueAPACHE deploys today.
- Exceptional Business Reporting skills
- Certifications in Project Management (e.g. PMI, Prince2), IT Infrastructure Management (various vendors), ITIL highly regarded
