- Role Summary
- We are seeking an webPAS Functional Specialist to provide functional support for webPAS implementations and associated services for webPAS product in the ANZ region.
- The webPAS Functional Specialist will be working most closely with the webPAS Solution Specialist for chargeable implementation activities, most often be involved in delivering those services either as small orders work or part of a dedicated Project team.
- Job Specifics
- Provide Implementation and Training based activities to webPAS implementations as part of a project team.
- Identify webPAS, quotable activities for Professional Services via support process following the Quote to Order Process (iASSIST, iPlan.) and recognition of new business requirements from discussion with sales staff and customers at an operational level.
- Participate in solution Planning, Estimation and Quotation, Client IPS based project activities, and Functional Training and prepare quotes for clients
- Job Functions
- . Provide webPAS functional support to allocated webPAS projects and small order works and projects.
- Assist the webPAS Solution Specialist as required to assist in the delivery of client and internal webPAS implementations and associated services. This will include presales activities, client demos, planning and estimates for work.
- Provide functional support delivery services across all of the webPAS modules, including systems admin and configuration training.
- Be passionate about healthcare and the business of our customers and work closely with the customer's key stakeholders and Dedalus teams to come up with solutions to complex problems.
- Negotiate difficult situations to successful resolution with our customers.
- Education & Experience
- Minimum 5 years functional webPAS experience, in ANZ healthcare sector (Essential)
- Demonstrated understanding of the webPAS core modules and their function. (Essential)
- Experience in the deployment of webPAS in a client environment (preferred)
- Experience in the delivery of training of healthcare solutions (webPAS preferred)
- Strong communications skills.
- Demonstration of customer service excellence.
- Experience with tools such as Office 365, iASSIST, SalesForce and Service Now.
- Experience in SDLC methodologies such as Agile (preferred).
- Work Environment
- Melbourne, or Brisbane based preferred.
- Combination of office environment, customer location and remote working.
- Occasional travel for customer meetings or project "go lives".
- Some flexibility with working hours as required to work with Dedalus teams in different time zones.
