**The opportunity
The duties of the role will include:

- Resolving issues so they won’t be repeated by ensuring best-practice controls being recommended and supporting their implementation.
- Resolving the single-member queries that arrive from across all areas of UniSuper.
- Achieving Service Level Agreement and KRA’s in single-call closure targets and any other team and company targets as directed by Team Leader or Manager
- Ensuring our processes are well documented, updated regularly and managed.
- Developing test cases and perform testing on proposed restorations prior to implementing into the Production Environment
- Performing post implementation verification testing to ensure the restoration was deployed appropriately to the Production Environment

**About you
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisation skills and an ability to work autonomously, deal with competing priorities and work to deadlines
- Strong influencing and communication skills, with an ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of issues, requirements and outcomes
- Sound experience in an Analyst role and/or using the Acurity Administration System preferred
- Superannuation industry experience preferred with a solid understanding of Superannuation Industry Law/Regulation
- General understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
