**About the Role**

As a **People & Culture Business Partner**, you’ll play a key role in empowering our workforce and driving positive change. You'll partner with managers and leadership teams to enhance organisational capability, strengthen culture, and build a workplace that reflects our values of inclusion, care, and impact.
You’ll support areas such as:

- Employee relations
- Workforce planning
- Talent acquisition & retention
- Diversity, equity & inclusion
- Learning and development

**What’s on Offer**
- ** Salary**: $106,387.84 + super
- ** Salary Packaging**: Up to $15,900 p/a to boost your take-home pay
- **Location**: Perth-based, full-time (76 hours per fortnight) with**flexible work options
- ** Work-Life Balance**: Monday to Friday schedule—your weekends are yours

**You’ll Need**
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or related field
- At least 5 years of HR experience (preferably in advisory or generalist roles)
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation, employee relations, and modern people practices
- A passion for building inclusive, culturally secure workplaces (Aboriginal, CALD, LGBTQIA+ inclusive)
- Bonus if you have:

- Community services or NFP sector experience
- Senior HR or Business Partner background
