**Role Summary**:
The Lead Services Coordinator for Distributed Energy Resources (DER) will act as an interface between external suppliers, our customers, and Synergy various business units. You will lead a team of 5 services coordinators responsible for delivering services associated with our DER products and pilots to ensure a high level of performance of third-party suppliers against performance criteria, such as service level agreements and compliance requirements.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Manage suppliers/contractors responsible for electrical installation and fault-finding work
- Respond to customer technical queries on their DER assets
- Manage third-party supplier partnerships to deliver operational compliance and ensure WHS obligations are met.
- Develop and enhance business processes and systems to enable efficient service delivery
- Manage commissioning and onboarding of Synergy owned and Customer owned DER assets into Synergy systems
- Oversee projects timelines with suppliers ensuring relevant dates recorded
- Work closely with Procurement in the negotiation of DER solutions contracts and contract renewals
- Build strong stakeholder relationship with contractors, customers, and internal stakeholders through effective and timely communication.
- Cert IV or diploma equivalent relevant experience or tertiary qualification in a relevant field would be advantageous
- Held people leadership roles in the past
- Understanding of network connection process and embedded generation guidelines
- Capable of contract management priorities of compliance, margin enhancement and risk management
- Strong implementation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead effectively across multi-functional teams and interface with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders is crucial to the success of this role
