**SALARY RANGE**:AUD 130,000 - 150,000 + superannuation + market leading bonus

**LOCATION**:Sydney, Australia

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

BAT Australia is looking for an ambitious and driven Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to help drive strategy, people, culture and talent and OD initiatives, whilst supporting the organisation through transformation of our operating model and ways of working.

**Reports to**:Commercial HR Partner

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- To develop & drive HR strategy that promotes vision and mission and continually meets the needs of the organisation’s strategic plan and long-term goals
- To drive innovation in HR to ensure we are recruiting and retaining high calibre employees
- Engage and communicate with key stakeholders on organisational change, ensure appropriate structure is in place to support the Business strategy.
- Coach Line Managers on day to day HR cycle activities
- Support Commercial HR Partners by providing insights and foresights to drive inclusion, talent and leadership agenda (may include pay equity, wellness, productivity research).
- Turn data into insights to identify risks / gaps / opportunities, and work with LM for improvement.
- Identify roadblocks in key HR processes, cycle activities and data management to ensure superior employee and line manager experience as well as improved HR team ways of working.

**CRUCIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Tertiary degree in Business, Management, HR, or any related field
- Experience & knowledge of leading edge/current HR practices & thinking
- Agile in leading change and innovation
- Strong planning and execution skills

**REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS**
- You will receive a competitive remuneration package depending on experience from AUD 130,000 to AUD 150,000 + 11% superannuation + guaranteed company bonus equivalent to 10-20% of your base salary. You will be provided with a mobile handset allowance each two years plus a company sim card.
