Fancy Hank's Group, the purveyor of Melbourne's original American Barbecue restaurant, is searching for a talented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across our venues and retail products. With a portfolio that includes Fancy Hank's, Good Heavens Rooftop Bar, and the upcoming Springrock Bar, as well as our award-winning sauces and condiments sold in over 500 retail stores nationwide, we're looking for a creative and driven individual to join our team.

What You'll Do:

- Strategize, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Dream up innovative ideas to increase sales and profitability
- Craft engaging content to build brand awareness across traditional and digital channels
- Work with internal teams to plan and execute branded events to attract and retain customers
- Manage paid digital campaigns to drive ROI and increase sales
- Create compelling copy for our websites, EDMs, social media, PR campaigns, and more
- Collaborate with PR agencies, media outlets, graphic designers, photographers, and other creative professionals to execute marketing campaigns
- Manage and update our websites (Squarespace)
- Plan monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing activities
- Attend weekly management meetings and provide updates and feedback.

We're Looking for a Marketing Pro:

- Who is a self-starter with a strong attention to detail
- Who appreciates good design and has a strong understanding of digital marketing
- Who isn't afraid to think outside the box and has a passion for the hospitality industry

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
