**Salary**:
$90,000 - $120,000 dependant on experience

**Job Purpose**:
The Executive Assistant is a key point of contact with internal and external stakeholders for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the organisation. The role is responsible for providing executive support to ensure the day-to-day activities of the CEO run smoothly and efficiently while ensuring responsibilities are met in a timely manner.

The Executive Assistant also provides secretariat support to the Board of Directors, as well as other senior representative groups as required from time to time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the key point of contact for the CEO, liaising with internal and external stakeholders triaging issues in line with CEO and business priorities, ensuring responsiveness and delivery of outcomes.
- Prioritise issues for the CEO’s attention and where appropriate, provide briefing notes/reports to facilitate and support effective actions and solutions.
- Coordinate the provision of executive level information including briefings, reports, presentations, submissions and notes that are comprehensive, accurate and timely.
- Provide secretariat support to the Board of Directors, as well as other senior representative groups as required from time to time.
- Provide secretariat support to the Executive team meetings and other internal meetings or committees as required by the CEO.
- Provide expense management, and other administrative support to the CEO, and on the CEO’s request, to other executive team members.
- Provide a high level of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all information, including information on personnel, stakeholders, organisational matters and contracts is treated with a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Seek out opportunity for improved workflows and work practices and developing innovative solutions.
- Other duties as directed by the CEO.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Demonstrated experience in providing senior executive support.
- Understanding of, or experience in engaging appropriately and professionally with senior level representatives.
- Planning, general coordination and negotiation skills
- Sound written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with a diverse range of people and build effective professional relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

**Essential Attributes**:

- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure on multiple projects concurrently.
- Demonstrated persistence and high-level attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to work with a regionally dispersed team, contributing to effective organisational performance.
- Able to travel domestically on occasion.
