As the Executive Assistant, you are responsible for providing exceptional support to the CEO and the Board such that they can successfully focus on delivering the strategic imperatives of the organisation and to promote quality, sustainability, and growth.

Your core responsibilities are focused on providing executive and board support that enables them to be effective in their roles, as well as representing the Brand and values of the organisation while role modelling the All-Staff behaviours that create a high performing, engaged culture.

**Salary**:
**$90,000 - $100,000**

- Role is adaptable for full time or part time

**Executive Support Requirements**:

- Strategically manage the CEO's time with respect to priorities, goals and objectives.
- Negotiate and maintain an efficient calendar for the CEO ensuring suitable use of time
- Manages the daily flow of activities of the Office of the CEO including prioritising the work of the CEO to ensure deadlines are identified and met and key stakeholders are responded to within a timely manner
- Prepare, draft, proofread and execute correspondence, routine reports, briefings and speaking notes
- Liaises and communicates with external and internal stakeholders maintaining professional discretion and confidentiality

**Board Support Requirements**:

- Load and distributes meeting agendas and papers
- Takes and distributes Board and Subcommittee meeting minutes
- Sets, drives and monitors the Board Schedule
- Onboards new Board Members and ensures compliance with governance requirements
