Lifeblood has an inspiring opportunity for you

We’re seeking a driven, enthusiastic and pre-emptive assistant to work with three Directors within our Donor Services division. You will provide administrative and operational support as well as exceptional service to all within the Lifeblood business. Bring your new ideas and initiatives to improve the efficiencies of the role and make a real difference to the team.

This is permanent full-time opportunity, based out of our Processing Centre in Perth’s CBD and will be required to work from the office for the majority of the week with some working from home flexibility on occasion.

Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for;
Demonstrated Office Administration or personal assistance experience

Understanding of effective administration workflow processes

Ability to provide and promote service excellence, whilst collaborating with others

Attention to detail and accuracy in the production of documents, papers, minutes and letters

Strong skills in written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work for self and management in an environment with multiple and conflicting demands.

Effectively manage diary and travel needs of multiple stakeholder groups

Flexible/adaptable and able to effectively manage tasks in line with priorities

Understanding of the sensitivities surrounding confidentiality of information
