Facility and Property Officers Required in Melbourne

**Your new company**

Hays Recruitment is currently working with several clients across Melbourne who require both facilities and property officers for various sites.

**Your new role**

Responsibilities will include:

- Effectively managing data and systems
- Assist with building management works including coordination of maintenance works, liaison with external contractors and/or trades
- Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in leasing or property management is desirable.
- Exceptional administration skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and contractors.
