**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have a rare opportunity for someone to join our dynamic team in our busy Castlereagh street boutique, in the role of Boutique Manager. At Montblanc, no day is ever the same and working within in intimate and dynamic team, you are always encouraged to #leaveyourmark.

**HOW YOU WILL LEAVE YOUR MARK AT MONTBLANC**

In this role, you will be responsible for boutique sales performance, operations and recruiting and nurturing a high performance team.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1) Boutique Sales & Marketing

2) Boutique Operations

3) Managing costs, stock and inventory

4) Client relations and customer service

5) Visual Merchandising standards

6) Team Recruitment, Development & Training
