**The position**
Assisting the CEO, National Proposals Team and Commercial Director. This is a great opportunity for an experienced E.A. to join a supportive team whereby you will perform a variety of duties including:

- Personal assistant functions for the CEO as required
- Organising sales conferences i.e. travel, accommodation etc
- Front desk support i.e. greeting visitors
- Assisting with compiling winning tender/proposals submissions for the National Sales Team
- Project Management duties as required
- Ensuring all tender documentation is up to date and registered in the Salesforce system
- Providing day-to-day support to the sales team to help defend and grow revenue streams within the customer base
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and produce monthly proposals and management reports with National Bids and Proposals director
- Additional duties as required by management

**The person**
You have excellent communication skills, are self-motivated, a problem solver, can multitask and thrive in a busy working environment. You will be "the go-to person" therefore a "can-do attitude" is a must along with a self-motivated, positive outlook.

Proficient computer skills i.e. MS Office Suite i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
