**Job Description**:
**Your New Career**

We have a newly created EA role to support two engaging Vice Presidents. This role will suit those who want a challenge and who thrive in a highly ambiguous and dynamic environment.

You will gain exposure to organisational transformation and play a key role in coordinating a number of imperative initiatives.

You must have demonstrated experience in:

- Managing an Executive or C-Suite member within a large organisation
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Agenda and minutes management
- Managing highly complex diaries
- Composing correspondence, reporting documentation and presentation slides as required.
- Management of weekly reporting and coordination of inputs
- Track, enter and reconcile expense items and reports
- Coordination and planning of senior meetings and events

**Qualifications**:
This role will also require an ability to pick up new systems quickly including Concur, Salesforce, Deltek, and SharePoint, in addition to advanced Microsoft skills (intermediate excel reporting skills sufficient).

You will have excellent communication skills and an ability to establish relationships with ease. A high level of diplomacy, professionalism, confidentiality, collaboration and integrity are core to these positions and to our culture at Leidos.

We are considering both full-time or part-time. We are flexible and have working from home options. The role will be based in Scoresby, however the flexibility is needed to attend our our Bourke Street office at times.
