Workpack Coordinator

Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood has a collaborative maintenance contract with Ampol to deliver leading maintenance and project services to their Lytton Refinery.

We are recruiting a Workpack Coordinator to join the Wood team at the Ampol Refinery based in Lytton, Brisbane - on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for innovative ideas with an agile approach to deliver the best possible outcomes ensuring that Workpacks processed, monitored and maintained. This role offers you an opportunity to progress and thrive by working collectively and making an active contribution to the team.

**Position Specifics & Deliverables**
- Register, develop and assign Workpack numbers in the Document Control System.
- Continuous tracking and monitoring of open Workpacks through Sharepoint and SAP.
- File, scan and archive completed Workpacks
- Administer the Technical Query and Emergent Work register.
- Administer the Workpack variation register.
- Compile regular reports and documentation on the Workpack Document Control Systems.
- Ensure timely progression and completion of workflow through Workpack lifecycle.

Skills / Qualifications:

- Proven installation experience within a “Brownfield Site”
- Experience within an Engineering environment
- SAP experience (preferred)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Sound knowledge of multidiscipline installation methods & procedures
- Able to support a multi-discipline team of Implementation Engineers, Specialist Subcontractors and Vendors in compiling of the Workpacks
- At all times maintains a high degree of proactive communication, reporting and performance.
- Actively commits to being a OH&S Leader
- Knowledge of relevant discipline company and Industry procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and practices
- Work behaviours enhance the Company’s reputation
- Demonstrates discipline expertise, integrity and the ability to influence and challenge others to behave in ways consistent with the interest of the organisation
- Able to effectively interface with the Client Operations and Wood team
- Capable of effective written communication.
