You might have been an agency Principal previously, a seasoned Sales Manager or an ambitious Real Estate Sales Executive, who is keen to leverage the success they have had thus far, into a Sales Management position within an already successful, award-winning business.

**The Role**:
With a highly successful List/Sell Principal focused on revenue-generation, there is a need for a Manager who can provide time and focus to coach, mentor and lead-by-example. Day to day you will support up to 30 agents and be responsible for:

- Working with Agents to set personal and business KPI’s
- Monitor results and provide support with dialogue to nurse deals across the line
- Recruitment and induction of top performers into an inspirational culture
- Staying abreast of market movements to drive expansion and grow market share
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Nurture 7 - 8 Juniors, including attending appraisals and opens, with a view to getting them strong enough to ‘stand alone’
- Ensure legislative compliance and upholding the networks service standards
- Conducting sales meetings and developing training programs

**Requirements**:
Our client is open to someone coming from out of area, however will need to demonstrate a strong level of previous success in Real Estate. Of particular interest will be someone who has placed a high value in self-development and continuous learning.
