
People & Culture Administrator

**Key duties of the role include**:
- Administrative tasks relation to on-boarding, off-boarding, employment contracts and any changes to working conditions for employees, including ensuring all personnel data and details, processes and systems are updated and maintained
- Co-ordinate onboarding, induction and appropriate training
- Preparing and maintaining ongoing probationary period reporting and send out probationary review reminders to managers and employees
- Assisting internal staff with adhoc requests including management of the People and Culture inbox and acknowledging queries within agreed timeframes. This includes forwarding matters or situations that need escalating or delegating to other team members but responding directly when possible.
- Liaise with Payroll, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders as required to ensure communication and collaboration on employee matters
- Manage the distribution of the People and Culture team communications ensuring there is consideration and accuracy of timing, clarity of message, recipients and branding
- Work within the broader People and Culture team to support the delivery and implementation of business wide initiatives and projects. This may involve gathering data and research, creating reports, booking training room and participants or preparing collateral.
**Demonstrated capabilities for the role include**:
- Previous experience working in a similar role with knowledge of people and culture practices will be well regarded but not necessary as we highly value customer service capability and even more important approach and attitude
- Multi-tasking and a willingness to learn and adapt to the requirements of the role and what it may bring on any given day
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently
- Great communication and customer service skills demonstrated through stakeholder engagement and management of competing priorities
- Maintain the highest levels of accuracy, professionalism and confidentiality
